The staff was helpful. There are lots of dining options next to the hotel. It’s also pretty close to the shopping mall.

I could tell I was in good hands when Denise greeted me upon my late arrival at Livermore RI. After checking in, I came back down to the lobby, starving, looking for restaurants, and she came to my rescue with some gluten-free options, and suggestions for things to do nearby! She went the extra mile to make me feel “at home” away from home, and, as someone who often checks into hotels late, her kindness and dedication to the customer experience truly makes all the difference!

Modern, new rooms in good condition, friendly service, free parking, and a very good complementary breakfast. An excellent Marriott property.

What impressed me most about the Residence Inn in Livermore was the incredible staff. From the front desk to every team member I met, everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality created such a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. On top of that, the property itself is beautiful, spotless, and filled with great amenities that made the visit even more enjoyable. Everything was so well-maintained, and it’s clear the staff takes great pride in keeping the hotel in excellent condition. Overall, my experience here exceeded expectations from start to finish. I can’t wait to return, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Livermore!

We had a great stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Livermore. The room was clean and comfortable, but what impressed me most was the layout. It felt surprisingly spacious for how much was included, and everything was thoughtfully designed and functional. I especially want to recognize Stephanie on staff. She went above and beyond during our stay. It was clear she was extremely busy and handling a lot at once, yet she maintained a warm smile and a genuinely kind attitude the entire time. She helped me with small things like an extra room key and more towels, but never made it feel trivial or rushed. Employees like Stephanie truly elevate the experience. I will say it looked like the team may have been short-staffed, as she seemed to be juggling quite a bit, but she handled it with grace and professionalism.

So close to the outlets. No need for a car to go there. Quiet and restful. Breakfast was good too.

The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed! We had a slight issue with our room and the front desk/manager were very compassionate and went above and beyond to solve the issue for us.
